We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data-protection law (revDSG, DSV) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Type, scope, and purpose

We process the personal data needed to perform our activities reliably, securely, and conveniently. Such data may include master and contact data, browser and device data, content and usage data, and contract data.

We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose or by law. Personal data no longer required is anonymised or deleted.

4. Job applications

We process personal data of applicants insofar as it is required to assess suitability for an employment relationship. Documents submitted voluntarily are treated confidentially.

5. Cross-border processing

We process personal data primarily in Switzerland. We may transfer personal data to other countries where adequate data protection is ensured or appropriate safeguards (in particular standard contractual clauses) are in place.

7. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security in line with the risk. Access to our website uses transport encryption (TLS / HTTPS).

8. Use of the website

8.1 Cookies

Our website does not set any cookies for marketing or tracking purposes. Technically necessary cookies — if used at all — may be set without explicit consent.

8.2 Server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider records technical information (IP address, date/time, browser, operating system) in log files. This information is required to provide and secure the website.

9. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) for cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics. No personal data is processed, IP addresses are not stored, and no cross-site profiles are built. See plausible.io/privacy.

10. Third-party services

We use services from specialised providers to operate our activities reliably, securely, and conveniently. These include:

  • Google Fonts for typefaces (Google privacy)
  • GitHub Pages as hosting provider (GitHub privacy)
  • Plausible Analytics for analytics (see clause 9)

11. Social media

We have a presence on LinkedIn. The respective platform’s privacy terms apply additionally.
